“Fit In!”

1 Corinthians 12:18 “But now [as things really are], GOD has placed and arranged the parts in the Body, each one of them, just as HE willed and saw FIT [with the best balance of function].”

Fit In!

When seeds grow together
Side by side — entwined closely
their sprouts will unite
— becoming one stock.

But when seeds remain distant —
back to back drifting outwards…
Then their souls will not meet;
thus fading away.

But our GARDENER is GOD,
yea the LORD of Creation….
whose sovereign hands
planted our seeds — side by side!

Thus growing in tandem:
HIS strands sown together…
so are we “found fit” in
the Body of CHRIST!

Devotional: Revelation 14:12 “This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of GOD who keep HIS commands and remain faithful to JESUS.”

Being found fit and in place in CHRIST Requires “patient endurance, keeping GOD‘s Commandments and remaining faithful in all things.”

All things! All things apart from the knowledge of CHRIST Paul counted as “loss”. Do we?

Look at Philippians: 3:8-9!

“Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of CHRIST JESUS my LORD, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain CHRIST…

9 and be “found in HIM”, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in CHRIST, the righteousness which is from GOD by faith.”

To be “Found in HIM” isn’t a continuous striving process for none can take us from HIS hands. To be found resting in HIM is an exercise of ongoing, even endless surrender to CHRIST.

Thank GOD we are awarded such peace and rest when bowing in reverence to HIM with all honor and praise.

Be found then in agreement with the fitting HE has ordained for your life, oh my soul! Envy no other path and cast your gaze from every wave surrounding!
