We are bound to these bodies of death till HE transforms our vessels of flesh.
Till then we remain to do as HE said and to care for those prisoners around us.
These are they without CHRIST who are chained through this life…
…who believe that this is all there is — to expect.
So show by example no chain nor one shackle…
…till those who are bound seek your freedom…from CHRIST!

Ever known or been called as someone “Anxious”?
How about “Fearful” or, moving through the list of chains…
Angry, ill-tempered, conceited, proud, deceitful, lustful, vengeful, thieving, lazy and…the list goes on.
Point being: Each is a binding chain we imprison ourselves with when we CHOOSE to keep adding links to it. Ponder that!
So how can we truly grow and progress in CHRIST when we’ve shackled ourselves to such selfish desires?
More importantly, how can we truly lead others to the LORD when the chains they’re self-imprisoned by…are just as evident on us as they are on them?
The verse “Take the plank out of your own eye first” perhaps takes on greater meaning now!
Hosea 10:12 “Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the LORD, until he comes and showers righteousness on you.”
Be bound then to CHRIST only, seek HIS freedom solely and you’ll find that others will want the same!
