Far more than the past, her present steps lingered.
Not for Fear hesitating…but rather reflecting.
Not imprisoned by Doubt nor Worry’s weak bonds, still she prayed, “Yea, I wait on THEE, LORD.”
“Though trials yet assail and foes keep attacking, my Victory is YOURS which YOU gave me!”
Since my next steps are tempered by what YOUR book tells me…
…speak, LORD as I open YOUR WORD!”
Slowly lifting her forehead from the cracked leather Bible cover, this woman of Faith turned back the pages to a rose colored book marker.
“Show me, oh GOD, once again YOUR footprints guiding me through every verse!”
Psalm 25:5 “Guide me in YOUR TRUTH and teach me, for YOU are GOD my SAVIOUR, and my hope is in YOU all day long.”
