What has already happened shall History ever be; intersection points of footprints where Time’s passage makes them seen.
And try as though we may to sweep away their many outlines, they cannot be erased from every memory.
Ah! But GOD! With crimson brushstrokes, sent HIS SON to cleanse our souls…
WHO purged the evidence against us as if it was never known!
With no record of missteps, no blame can label us — “Still sinners!”
Thus we praise our LORD because HIS scars have paid for us — once prisoners!

Soon we shall be released from these frames of flesh to serve THE living GOD!
How then can that ever be “old news” to the CHRISTian?
Imagine that! Eternity WITHOUT the baggage of the old nature!
Honestly, I cannot wait. 🙂
But although our sin nature is not yet removed, we continue to long for HIS appearing.
At that moment, no more to battle this flesh, we’ll be — home free — indeed!
Psalm 102:19-20 “For HE looked down from the height of HIS sanctuary; from heaven the LORD viewed the earth, to hear the groaning of the prisoner, to release those appointed to death…”
