Beyond Every Layer!
All testing, failure, healing and experience grant us armor which serves as Life’s buffer.
Calloused layers of lessons we’ve learned serve this purpose; protecting our hearts as footprints continue.
So! Take all HIS wisdom found written in Scripture to shower HIS grace on offenders and victims.
Since only GOD’s Love reaches past our defenses, serve then HIS compassion to all …past their layers!

Devotional: Matthew 13:15a “For this people’s heart has grown callous; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes.”
We do not want to fall into trouble or calamity…but any choice to maintain and/or increase our calloused defensive layers…invites and invites such problems.
Now the following phrase is said by countless souls with now very guarded hearts.
“Burn me once, shame on me. Burn me twice, shame on you.”
The sad reality and result is that the compassion one once had now lord buried below several defensive layers which…
…isolate that soul.
While we witness hatred against us and others, we must not allow that to negatively condition our levels of kindness.
It’s easy to remain protected and even layer up even further.
But the greatest gift comes from extending our hands within HIS to reach down into the depths of others…and rescue them.
But whenever we choose to harbor, protect, double down and even extend our own layers, then our range becomes severely limited — by choice.
Therefore our choice is between two options.
Layer up and box ourselves in further or…”risk” it all for Compassion’s reflection from the very heart of GOD!
So I say, “Risk it all!”
Give everything for JESUS because HE is worth it all!
