How glorious GOD’s power; how great are HIS comforts! Still! True heavenly rest begins only in Glory.
So all earthly kingdoms — FROM HIS — stand apart; all pleasures in life pale at best next to CHRIST’s!!
Thus focus with study upon GOD’s WORD pictures. Add no other brushstrokes than those which HE made.
Yea, serve HIM with gladness without substitutions which draw our eyes from HIS; which cloud steps ahead!
So don’t settle for anything save HIS still waters which by — within Heaven — GOD shall give us Rest!
