Proverbs 18:13 “Whoever answers a matter before they hear it, it is folly and shame to them.”
To Every Ear!
LORD, unveil what
can’t be seen.
Yea, disclose what
hides in darkness.
Show those all who
watch that YOU have
no constraints!
FATHER, lead our eyes
through shadows
so YOUR light
consumes our
doubting.
Blind us to those
quickly judging
every day.
LORD, help us listen
with each breath…
while seeking first to
understand else our
blindness — self inflicted
— IS deserved.

Devotional: Proverbs 29:20 “Do you see people who speak too quickly? There is more hope for a foolish person than for them.”
These two provided verses should convict every single heart.
But personally anointed spiritual judges, political party preferences and rampant opinions are all inherent outputs of the Flesh.
Sadly, instant commentators arise every day, and no one takes the time to ask questions, only to find fault and rail against all else except their own position.
But we are all flawed vessels, and our only help is JESUS.
So let us bother to take time and hear what someone else is thinking before applying judgment.
Always spoken most of all to myself but as a reminder to all listening as well.
