Jeremiah 29:13 “You will
seek ME and find ME,
when you seek ME with
ALL your heart!”
Beyond All lesser Details!

Do you wonder about
Calvary’s cross or the
place where once it
stood?
Is there interest in the
grain of wood or just
how tall it was?
So the truth that
solely matters is WHO
left it empty — still?
Thank YOU, JESUS, it
was YOU WHO willed to
take my place…from me!
So what joy to know
YOUR NAME…far
beyond the lesser
details!
As HIServant and personal friend daily seeking direct and deeper knowledge of our loving SAVIOUR most of all by far,
Whitney
Devotional: Isaiah 66:2b “This is the one I will esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, who trembles at MY WORD.”

Simply stated, one can “know” all the details about JESUS and still have no close relationship with JESUS.
For instance: where HE went, who HE talked with, how many times HE spoke in the temple,
…or as written here today, how tall was the cross and what wood was it formed from.
How about “What did HE write in the sand in front of the Pharisees?”
All these questions and countless more have some value. Surely.
The attainment of such
knowledge can add color
to the bigger picture.
But such details are useless if our greatest level of knowledge isn’t about the LORD HIMSELF.
Do you then have a deep
and truly personal level
connection with our
CREATOR and KING?
Remember the verse above! Even the demons know who HIS …and tremble!
But! They have NO relationship
with our MESSIAH and
sovereign MASTER!
Let our trembling then be rewarded as written in HIS WORD.
Again Isaiah 66:2a “Has not
MY hand made all these
things? And so they came
into being,” declares the LORD.”
Isaiah 66:2b “This is the one
I will esteem: he who is humble
and contrite in spirit, who
trembles at MY WORD.”
Know HIM better each day then by relentlessly pursuing just HIM…far beyond all other, lesser details!
Psalm 16:11 “YOU make known to me the path of life; in YOUR presence there is fullness of joy; at YOUR right hand are pleasures forevermore!”
Therefore!
Know JESUS, dearly beloved, with all your heart, mind, body and soul!
Amen and amen.
