Luke 19:10 “For the Son
of Man (CHRIST!) came
to seek and to save
the lost.”
Preferential Proximity!
Choosing presence
with sinners is not
what it seems.
For the LORD HIMSELF chose this group — greatest in need.
Those such, HE said surely, require physicians.
Those self righteous rather discard HIS commission.
Be ye sent out more so from your own four church walls…
…to seek those with great zeal who are lost and need found!
As HIServant ever measuring just how often I’m “preaching to the choir”,

Devotional: 1 Corinthians 9:16 “For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!”
Isn’t the Great Commission about reaching unbelievers?
Yes! Consequently we must limit our mountain top time by going, just as CHRIST sent the disciples, down the mountain.
There, in the valleys below, they reached out to the broken whose souls were lost.
What joy theirs and in Heaven when someone saw the light of CHRIST pulling them out of the shadows!
Let us follow then HIS own footprints as humble reflectors of that Great Light and Good News at all times, oh my soul!
Amen and amen!
