Proverbs 10:17 “Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but those who reject reproof lead others astray.”

Repeating Remedial Classes!
What HE’s teaching
me now reminds of
past lessons.
Ones once thought
were learned have
come back for completion.
“Why then?” begs
my question. “What
training yet lingers…
…since scars are
already mine, burnt
by Self’s cinders?”
Heard then HIS
sovereign words and
perfect purpose thus
decreed.
Heard then my
SAVIOUR’s voice;
WHOSE answer
educated me!
To ready you for Glory
where MY will you’ll
ever follow.
So this training class
repeated shall prepare
you for…Tomorrow!
As HIServant and
sometimes slow learner
welcoming even these,
HIS perfect plans,
for me,
Whitney
Devotional: 2 Timothy 3:16-17: “All scripture is given by inspiration of GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the child of GOD may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works”.
How many times have we questioned, “I’ve already learned this lesson, LORD! Why must I go through it again?”
The Israelites were enslaved in Egypt for the exact number of years that GOD told Abraham in advance.
480 years. Nearly half a millennium.
Then they were in the desert for another 40 years for re-repeated remedial training, yes?
Beloved, we know WHO holds the future and HIS instructions are for us to seek wisdom.
Since this is Truth, readily embrace all of HIS training…
…especially each test HE perfectly chooses we take once again.
So thank YOU, LORD, that YOUR perfect designs for both our repeated remedial and new (while ongoing) training.
Proverbs 15:31-33 “The
ear that listens to life-
giving reproof will dwell
among the wise.
32 Whoever ignores
instruction despises
themself, but those who listen to reproof gainsl intelligence.
33 The fear of the LORD is instruction in wisdom,
and humility comes before honor.”
Let us quickly bow the knee and accept HIS reproof so that we lead NO ONE astray, amen?
Yes! Thank YOU th
at YOUR corrections are indeed…just, timely AND without question!
Amen and amen.
