Ephesians 4:15 “Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into HIM WHO is the head, into CHRIST…”
The “Change” of Words!

Waging war with their words as if no consequence comes…
some do often (without accountability) speak.
Although communicating with extreme casualties resulting,
still such souls demand change at the end of their verbal spewing!
As if! As if expecting a compliment in return after selfishly vomiting on someone. But!
Make no mistake! We each are held accountable by the WRITER of The WORD!
So zealously weigh every sentence scribed in your heart…
…thus ensuring all glory goes to GOD when you speak!
As HIServant daily refilling my heart with HIS words over any of mine,

Devotional: Zechariah 8:16 “These are the things that you shall do: Speak the truth to one another; render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace…”
Ephesians 4:25 “Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.” So!
“What’s the bottom line?”
Meaning: At the end of a conversation, does the one listening to me gain or lose?
Does the other person feel like they were cheated, robbed or stolen from…
…as opposed to rewarded, blessed and gifted after talking with you?
It’s THAT simple. But the obstacle to this simple math is if Honesty is valued.
Ephesians 4:29 “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.”
As such, errant people regularly defend their own interests with self serving words.
In contrast, honest people share their thoughts along WITH the best interests of both.
Bottom line: Add to others by serving GOD faithfully through both action and speech!
As such! Don’t take but rather GIVE ”change”!
Amen and amen.
