Our Paired Reunion!

1 Thessalonians 4:14 “For we believe that JESUS died and rose again, and so we believe that GOD will bring with JESUS those who have fallen asleep in HIM.”

Our Paired Reunion!

Distressed and broken, with grief torn dresses, two younger girls mourned one’s demise.

As though Death’s chains had claimed them too yet in them still was Life!

Though this sense of Loss which stole their breath had ripped away Youth’s hopes,

they remained in faith by CHRIST secured with victory for them both!

Thus from the casket knowing well their sister danced with GOD…

so they moved with firmer steps within HIS footprint-driven thoughts!

With this set belief they leaned on each and greatly on the LORD.

Through Memory’s ups and downs they walked and grew to trust HIM more.

Fast forward forty years they journeyed then with Faith’s full measure…

ever watching for the soon return of HIM — and her — together!

As HIServant encouraged and encouraging that we shall ALL meet again on that day,

Devotional: John 16:22 “So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.”

1 Thessalonians 4:17 “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air. And thus we shall always be with the LORD!”

John 14:1-3 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in GOD, believe also in ME…

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to MYSELF, so that where I am, there you may be also!”

Moment by moment, oh LORD, we are THINE!

Hallelujah!

So maybe you and your spouse had a child unexpectedly leave for Heaven.

Perhaps a brother or sister, as in this case, passed impromptu from this earthly realm into the presence of GOD.

I wrote this thinking of my own brothers passing into Glory when I was nineteen years old.

Whether friend or family, so their absence leaves us dependently looking to JESUS…till Glory doth shine!

Every moment by moment so we pray,

“Come quickly, LORD, with the greatest reunion of our Loved ones…and YOU!”

Amen and amen.
