Job 31:4 “Does not HE see my ways and number all my steps?”
The First Measure!
(Excessive) cautious steps versus boldness displayed, which choice is more often selected?
Is our trust in the LORD or the work of our hands? Do we move through this life… “self-directed”?
OR! Have we surrendered our ways to The FATHER? If so, then with Zeal we’ll walk surely.
AND! With Faith’s consistency when we choose HIM, we shall run without weights…nor grow weary!
So! Be wise dear Beloved; study well and be active…for therein our pace shall be set.
Whether standing or walking or running for CHRIST then is known
when we choose…to first MEASURE HIS steps!

Devotional: Jeremiah 10:23 “I know, O LORD, that the way of man is not in himself, that it is not in man who walks to direct his steps.”
Every morning before getting out of bed, I suggest our prayers include asking for Wisdom.
For the knowledge and vision to not just “see” HIS footprints BUT to discern what pace HE has for us.
We should “measure” such as we read HIS WORD and pray for clarity.
Consider Proverbs 16:9
“The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.“
Sometimes we need to just be still…and watch the hand of GOD moving.
Other times, we are purposed to walk with HIM, talking and learning and doing so in Faith.
And there are instances where we are called to RUN! So we must run to the Lost,
…to those in spiritual and physical emergencies; showing HIS Zeal within us!
So, pace matters…amen?
Learn then, oh my soul, as you study this morning, what the measure of HIS steps are for you!
