Keep Climbing!
With gladness of soul
to see life in another
who struggles to breathe
over Evil’s oppression…
…so Joy fills my heart as a
witness of healing which
CHRIST’s hands provide
as we await Heaven!
As such, your ascension
beyond darkened clutches,
past hellish aggressions
and all wicked plans…
…show HE still has need
for your breath in this life!
Thus climb again, Child

Devotional: Isaiah 40:9 “Get yourself up on a high mountain,
O Zion, bearer of good news, Lift up your voice mightily,
O Jerusalem, bearer of good news; Lift it up, do not fear.
Say to the cities of Judah, “Here is your GOD!”
I had the sincere privilege of preaching a couple times to a group called the Golden Fellowship. It was a gathering of the elders in our church.
As the beginning of my first occasion to share with them, I started off with these words.
“You have great purpose!” Now a few were in wheel chairs and some others required assistance to walk…and this was the first time talking with them.
So my statement may have raised some eyebrows and ignited the doubt in this crowd who’d seen hundreds of years of life collectively.
But the follow up point I made that day was to prove it! I next said, “Do you know how I know this?
Because we’re here today! As such, as long as GOD continues our breaths, we have purpose!”
I delivered HIS encouragement to them and my prayer is that you also receive the same!
For what they heard was my testimony of how HE’s brought me through car wrecks,
…multiple Grand Mal seizures, many “near misses” and physically losing everything.
I put all the spotlight on our SAVIOUR WHO deserves our every praise and felt their welcome responses which…greatly encouraged my own soul.
Therefore! YOU HAVE PURPOSE! I know this because you’re reading this. :))
Because HE WHO alone is sovereign has allotted more breaths for you.
Psalm 40:2 “HE drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure!”
So keep climbing today! Share your testimony often to elevate the Body AND to uplift your own Self!
