Serving Through the Storm!

2 Timothy 4:2 “Preach The WORD; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage — with great patience and careful instruction.”

Serving Through the Storm!

Set your affections on WHO reigns above and those here yet remaining who’ve not met HIM yet.

Yes! Displaying our love for The LORD is best seen when we share HIS Good News with such souls.

Else GOD’s greatest treasure in us remains hidden and who withholds rescue from who needs it most?

For HE gave us the blood of HIS SON reconciling! Since all have fallen short, whose lack then is lesser?

So serve now reflecting compassion from Heaven! With zeal, do not wait till your own storms have passed.

For HIS Cross found at Calvary was circled with chaos and — without delays still HE gave us HIS all!

So rise up, my soul; Draw those drowning in darkness. Lift them by the power HIS love surely brings!

How timely HIS outstretched arms reach them as well though your storm clouds yet gather at present!

As HIServant in your service looking outwards for the Lost and not inward — in Silence,

Whitney

Devotional: 1 Peter 3:15 “But in your hearts honor CHRIST the LORD as holy,

…always being prepared to make a defense to (and encourage) anyone who asks you…

…for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect.”

In short, the most powerful witness comes when we openly demonstrate HIS love though our storms are still raging.

May we first seek the good of others first…for their struggles may be happening WITHOUT CHRIST in their lives.

Romans 15:4 “For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us,

…so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope!”

Amen and amen.
