With Light’s Mindset!
Rejoice for the morning
has vanquished the night!
Just as promised, HIS Light,
conquers wholly each shadow.
What privilege to carry
HIS glow to the Lost!
So unmask your temple
for CHRIST’s full reflection!
Now doubled the impact,
igniting their paths!
Arise then each dawn with
the mindset of Sunrise!

Devotional: Matthew 5:14-16: “You are the light of the world… let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your FATHER in heaven”.
Just as the first sunlight or dawn lets us know that daytime has arrived, that doesn’t mean our thoughts greet it with rejoicing.
“Off to work” and “another day, another dollar” don’t really resound with expectant praise for the new day.
But GOD! HE indwells us with SONLight by HIS Holy SPIRIT and what power such creates when we rise up to the occasion to reflect HIM!
What joy to know that as 2 Corinthians 3:18 concludes with, “For this comes from the LORD, WHO is the SPIRIT!”
So let us do both, oh my Soul! Let us see the morning’s sun beams already prepared to answer HIS call to serve…even brighter!
