Crosspoint Reunions!

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and courageous! Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your GOD WHO goes with you. HE will not leave you or forsake you.”

Crosspoint Reunions!

At Heaven’s crosspoint
where we first saw the CHRIST
by surrendering will
and our own very lives…

‘Twas there where we learned
of our souls’ greatest need
and met Grace
which saved us
from the grave.

So when problems come
and our hearts trip and fall;
Yea, whenever the shadows
now run when they’d crawled…

…at HIS Cross, fall again;
HIS blood’s intersection…
knowing HE
will not leave
us behind!

So should Now seem bleak
with the Future – unsure;
Though the news likes to fill
all Life’s waters with fear,

Choose HIS WORDs to embrace
Which remind of HIS pow’r!
And repeat them
out loud then…
until HE appears!

As HIServant memorizing verse from the Bible and continuing to stand on HIS firm foundation no matter what the next “breaking news” of my life says,

Whitney

Devotional: Titus 1:2 “In hope of eternal life, which GOD, WHO never lies, promised before the ages began.”

1 Peter 5:7 “Casting all your anxieties on HIM, because HE cares for you.”

We live for the guaranteed promise of eternal life with HIM while serving HIM faithfully and relentlessly here…without fanfare nor spotlight on ourselves.

So sing the song in your heart with it’s chorus below: From “Alas and did my Saviour Bleed”…

“At the cross, at the cross where I first saw the light,

And the burden of my heart rolled away, It was there by faith I received my sight…

And now I am happy all the day!”

Crosspoint Reunions! then are those trips to HIS cross, to lay down my burdens which my flesh picked up yet again…and just trust GOD!

Continued Hope then, as such, is found by staying in HIS WORD beyond a couple verses.

It’s reading to understand and gain Peace as opposed to just reading to complete a daily reading plan.

So know that HE’s coming and HE will not leave us nor ever forsake us before that great Day!

Amen and amen.
