Before your First Step!
Be still, be still
As the world revolves quickly
Stay still, stay still
Wait on HIM who is faithful.
Hold ye onto HIS hands
Through your bible – wide open.
With diligent zeal, cling to CHRIST,
your hopes…holding!
So be and stay still, Child.
Read daily, watch always.
Rest surely for JESUS
is moving…for you!

Devotional: Hosea 6:3 “Let us know; let us press on to know the LORD; HIS appearing is as sure as the dawn…”
Psalm 63:1 “O GOD, you are my GOD; earnestly I seek YOU; my soul thirsts for YOU; my flesh faints for YOU, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.”
In the above verse, David was in the wildness and desert of Judah. Note his thirst, his seeking and longing were primarily for GOD and not the water.
That’s a telling priority assignment that we all can apply.
So, regardless the pace of your “Today”, the first step must be prayer. Amen?
Lift then your petition to JESUS for Wisdom, Knowledge, Discernment, Understanding, Insight, Instruction, Prudence, Intelligence…and Truth.
These which come from HIM will guide us when we are still, listening for HIS voice as we carefully read the WORD.
Know that HE WHO is faithful does supply what HE perfectly discerns as our needs.
Rest in HIS sovereign hands, Beloved. Rest and wait for HIM WHO eternally moves…with Truth!
