1 Samuel 12:24 “Only fear the LORD and serve HIM faithfully with all your heart. For consider what great things HE has done for you.”

Serving with Distinction!

A great many callings each morning go out when, with the birth of a child, it’s paired.

Souls joined as well then complete each new vessel and so begins purpose from GOD…to be shared.

Now some will heed something which isn’t HIS voice and will swerve off Good’s course to the shadows.

Lost with directions which draw them to darkness, so such will lead Self to Hell’s gallows.

But we, dear beloved, have heard CHRIST’s Shepherd voice! In our heart’s very core, we are summoned.

To serve the LORD GOD without pride nor attention; daily giving HIM all of our efforts.

So this final note I shall give you with zeal; Do not dismiss HIS crucifixion!

For by dying and rising again – bringing Life, thus we’re called to serve HIM…with distinction!

As HIServant well aware that my life has been spared countless times and, as such, I owe HIM my greatest service,

Devotional: Malachi 3:17-18 “They will be MINE,” says the LORD of Hosts, “on the day when I prepare MY treasured possession. And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.

18 So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve GOD and those who do not.”

To “serve with Distinction” is an honorable task in HIS service.

“Served with distinction” then is a phrase which recognizes exceptional, honorable, or highly impactful service, often surpassing standard expectations.

It implies superior performance, dedication, and leadership, frequently used to honor veterans,

…elite military units, top-performing professionals, or academic achievement.”

So what’s DIFFERENT about worldly accolades and effort-honoring awards and what CHRIST calls us to…is who is in the spotlight.

Rather WHO for HE called us to a life which matters! This is done by humbly witnessing,

…zealously sharing the gospel, quietly helping the hurting, and boldly redirecting the Lost.

Therefore, Beloved! Serve in this hour with distinction which displays to all who observe you…

…that JESUS CHRIST is coming and they can meet him through your visible life!

Amen and amen.
