Psalm 32:11 “Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!”
With Threads of Joy!

Sewing words together
with the stitches of laughter
can lighten the soul for
the moment it’s in.
For what’s heard then is healing
which melts through the heart…
till repeated enough, saddened
tears can’t remain.
So be a word seamstress or
tailor whose weaving
combines Love’s expressions
through jokes upon Self.
Then the fabric of smiles
in those finally uplifted
will stretch beyond measure
to grace you as well!
As HIServant looking to uplift and encourage in the NAME of the LORD till HIS appearance brings us greatest of Joy,

Devotional: Psalm 126:2 “Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations,”

“The LORD has done great things for them.”
A Seamstress or Tailor: A person whose occupation is making fitted clothes such as suits, pants, and jackets to fit individual customers.
How many of us would compare our word joinings to labels such as “good”, “great”, expert”, or even “master”?
For those who said any of those choices, what percentage then is done without any hint of manipulation?
A rhetorical question, for certain. But I submit to you that while we quickly alter an ill-fitting piece of clothing, few carry that over to speech where!
WHERE they sincerely care to tailor their words to a wounded individual!
So the answer through this life of mine has taught me to laugh at myself most so that others can smile in the midst of their own pain.
It’s truly worth it for them and GOD blesses you as well.
Amen and amen.
