John 3:16 “For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS only SON, that whoever believes in HIM should not perish but have eternal life.”
The Loving Purpose of The FATHER!
There’s no burden that’s fully transferred to another.
There’s no switch turned to “Off!” nor turned over completely
…because there are weights meant alone for our shoulders.
Oh that Self could acquire the learning for others;
of family who’ve stumbled and press to go farther.
But FATHER! YOU didn’t…take CHRIST’s place for sinners!
So thank GOD then, Believers! Thank HIM for restraining;
for securing HIS SON on the
Cross for our sins.
What Love! Oh, for us…HE did
not intervene!
As HIServant and a father who longs to take my children’s place for those most painful learning lessons yet following GOD’s loving example for us,

Devotional: 1 Peter 3:18 “For CHRIST also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that HE might bring us to GOD, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit…”
We help our children through those gut-wrenching times when they stumble,
…joining our tears with theirs; recommitting our lives through prayer and IN-action as well.
We must wait on HIM for HIS will to be revealed.
It is then both loving and wise to zealously seek GOD first for both HIS sovereign direction and timing for them.
This must precede our prayers for HIS blessing on our children as they learn.
So GOD the FATHER sent CHRIST in human flesh, as a direct correlation to and the correct example for us.
HE suffered like us, HE was tempted like us, HE was ridiculed like us and yet! HE was without sin.
So how great the love of GOD to purpose such a sacrifice through the body and blood of JESUS…to reconcile us with HIMSELF!
What great love indeed for both parents and children!
