John 3:6 “Flesh is born of flesh, but spirit is born of the SPIRIT.”
Releasing The SPIRIT!
Oh for the moment when “Holy!” indwells us; when All’s apprehension consumes wanton will!
When all which is errantly thought and sought after becomes a distraction that leaves us unfilled.
So turning again with our LORD’s HOLY SPIRIT: returning to HIM, our soul’s SOURCE before Time…
thus have we this confidence
steadfast! Securely! That HE goes before us victorious! CHRIST!
How blest then those bent in obedience surging; from birth thus propelled to prepare the LORD’s Way!
Yea, are we like them in HIS service
and footprints; found walking those paths which the Broken have paved.
So denying all else, now preach CHRIST JESUS — raised!
As HIServant and son, pressed to make more room within,
Devotional: Luke 1:15 “For he will be great before the LORD. And he shall never drink wine and strong drink, and he will be full of the HOLY SPIRIT even from his mother’s womb.”
Consider the story in Luke where Zechariah and his wife Elizabeth have John, who had the Holy Ghost from birth.
What a blessed indwelling John was given! Even in his mother’s womb, when Mary was with child — the LORD JESUS, he leapt for joy upon hearing Mary’s voice!
Luke 1:41 “When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the HOLY SPIRIT.”
Beloved, we hear HIS voice when we read HIS WORD. What privilege! What joy; we have the HOLY SPIRIT within us! The all surpassing peace HE brings is beyond treasure, and exceeding all comprehension and compassion.
For those, like John, who have been aligned with HIM since birth and childhood, it has been a blessed journey. There is a grand history to reflect upon and a wondrous future to then see HIM face to face!
So pour out your own spirit which bears witness with HIS…for those who do not yet know the joy nor the NAME of the LORD as we do!
Preach in season and out of season without pause save to inhale HIS WORD and your next breath from GOD!
2 Timothy 4:2 “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and encourage with every form of patient instruction.”
So arise even now! Believe on HIS NAME and preach relentlessly HIS Good News!
Amen and amen!
