THE Fisherman’s Few!

Matthew 4:19 “Come, follow ME,” JESUS said, “and I will make you fishers of men.”

THE Fisherman’s Few!

Unschooled by Man’s textbooks

the Worthy were gathered;

heart-picked by CHRIST‘s yet

unscarred hands.

With rough edges, thus raw,

were they drawn by design.

as HIS Called! Yea, the righteously chosen.

Sent out amongst wolves to

the Lost of HIS pastures,

equipped nonetheless by HIS heart.

Till the Sheep returned home

so as shepherds they roam

seeking those who will know their LORD’s voice.

In like manner we serve

but not as those unlearned for

our steps, by CHRIST’s SPIRIT,

choose HIS!

To wade through Life’s waters

and walk with The FATHER

WHO authored us “few” to go fish!

As HIServant and fellow fisher of men with you,

Devotional: Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool!”

Hallelujah! We do not simply go out into the waters of life without HIS wondrous promise!

We throw out a lifeline that is attached to the CREATOR and GIVER of Life! Often pressing against the tide, frequently being battered by the waves as we search for the Lost…still HE calms the storms for both!

HIS powerful presence does so for those drowning and as HE flows through us, HIS peace floods through our souls also.

Matthew 28:19-20 “Go you therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the NAME of The FATHER, and of The SON, and of The HOLY GHOST: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen,”

Therefore! What joy and blessing it is to be in HIS service! Preach, teach, and share then CHRIST’s saving NAME with the “Lost at Sea.”

Pursue HIM with an undivided heart and those also whom HIS fishing line draws across your path!

Serve Relentlessly, oh Few of the FATHER! Serve relentlessly!

Amen and amen!
