Thus Transparently Drawn!
“Torn down are our veils;
Deception has failed us!”
So say those whose masks
have suddenly fallen.
“Uncovered!” they cry;
pretense-less such crumble…
for GOD has so moved.
Now disguise-less they lay.
But not those awake;
Not us watching with Zeal!
Transparently lit
by our LORD! From within!
So shine without pride;
Grant the Lost — Heaven’s Light!
Just as HE ordained;
serve relentlessly — thus!

Devotional: John 8:12 “Again JESUS spoke to them, saying, “I am The LIGHT of the world. Whoever follows ME will not walk in darkness, but will have the LIGHT of life!”
For us to share HIS Light, we must be, as we were all reminded on Wednesday Night, a ZEALOUS seeker of HIM! And why must we be so zealous? 🙂
We find our answer in Matthew 5:14. “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”
We are the exampled display of the SAVIOUR’s love…to those who are confused, mad, lost and otherwise…during these chaotic times.
As such, we’re told to reflect (instead of deflect) HIS compassionate nature. Finally, as additional written proof we rejoice with Ephesians 5:8!
“For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the LORD. Walk as children of light!”
We are Light…IN The LORD! We must confidently walk then in HIS steps…as Light for those yet in the darkness of self and sin!
Be encouraged! We are HIS LIGHT! We have already been enlightened by HIS SPIRIT and HIS WORD!
And if not yet, then stand! Quickly walk, even run, towards the closest LIGHT of CHRIST…and give GOD the wick of your life!
