Isaiah 59:19 “So they will fear the NAME of the LORD from the west
and HIS glory from the rising of the sun, for HE will come like a rushing stream which the wind of the LORD drives.”
What The Wind Says…
When the wind chimes in softly,
whispering with the leaves, what is heard is Love’s voice.
When the babe first cries with life, with Gratitude’s teardrops, yet hear we a soul…bittersweet.
For now empty is one hand, released by our SAVIOUR…being earthbound to serve HIM.
Yet it grasps with its other the love of its mother, just as GOD breathed into Eve.
So we grow till HIS Crossroad again draw our heartstrings. Thus Calvary once more is viewed.
So the wind chimes in softly,
recalling one’s memories, reminding our souls to come home!

Devotional: Jeremiah 10:13; Jeremiah 51:16 “When HE speaks HIS voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; and HE causes the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: HE makes lightnings with rain, and brings forth the wind out of HIS treasures.”
Acts 2:2 “And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.”
GOD has spoken through HIS WORD in a still, small voice as well as in thunderous storms. Sometimes with instruction and others with correction.
1 Kings 19:12 “After the earthquake there was a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire there was a voice, a soft whisper.”
2 Samuel 22:14 “The LORD thundered from heaven, and the Most High uttered HIS voice.”
Psalm 68:33 “To HIM who rides upon the highest heavens, which are from ancient times; Behold, HE speaks forth with HIS voice, a mighty voice.”
But HE always speaks through HIS WORD and is always drawing us closer as well as back to HIMSELF.
Ecclesiastes 1:6 “The wind blows to the south and goes around to the north; around and around goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns.”
Just as HE breathed life into us, birthing us here to do the good works which HE’d designed for our steps from before Time…
…so HE is drawing the Lost back to HIMSELF. As the pages of HIS WORD flutter open, we hear HIM speaking with Love.
Zephaniah 3:17 “The LORD your GOD is in your midst, a victorious warrior. HE will exult over you with joy, HE will be quiet in HIS love, HE will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.”
1 Corinthians 13:3 “And now these three remain: Faith, Hope and Love. But the greatest of these is Love.”
Oh, the Love of our LORD towards us! Listen intently for HIS voice through HIS WORD and walk ye in HIS WORD and HIS steps!
