Preparing to Fly!
Nothing stands against or before JESUS CHRIST. though HIS enemies rage without Forfeit.
Not one foe — thus opposing — exists in HIS presence as any known “peer” with Importance.
For “no instant beyond” do such linger — defiant — because to our LORD…all must bow!
Yes! The Victory is HIS WHO with sovereign restraining permits their existence — abound.
Therefore, evil breathes just till GOD’s timing stops it. As such, for this moment, it still is extending!
Till then — moving forward — press onward to CHRIST and soar above all those — dissenting!

Devotional: Psalms 55:6 “I said, “Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest.”
It’s not such an unknown feeling for so many of us. What appears to the world (and those entertaining the world’s mindset) as escapism…is truthfully our longing for Home.
Psalms 91:5 “You will not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day;”
With evil’s resurgence surrounding us, little wonder then that our eyes are lifted — expectant of our LORD’s return.
But THIS we know!
Isaiah 40:31 “Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.”
Therefore, preparing to fly requires a pre-flight check. It is our responsibility to be ready, watchful and expectant AS…as we serve relentlessly here.
Isaiah 51:6 “Lift up your eyes to the heavens, And look on the earth beneath.
For the heavens will vanish away like smoke, The earth will grow old like a garment, and those who dwell in it will die in like manner;
But MY salvation will be forever, And MY righteousness will not be abolished!”
Pre-check your heart and mind now, beloved. Cast off the cares of this life should they distract you from looking upwards.
Be ready at any moment then for the return of The KING WHOSE upwards call shall draw us soaring to meet HIM in the clouds! Come quickly, LORD!
