Psalm 57:7 “My heart is steadfast, O GOD, my heart is steadfast; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises!”
The Handmaiden’s Solo!

Then stretching her arms upwards facing,
great praises soon followed their lead
towards Heaven. Joy’s heights were expanding in tandem with Peace
whilst entwining her voice with each
other — again.
For this handmaiden — driven! This worshipper — purposed! With every Dawn’s rising, she glorifies GOD! Thus how grateful am I that she chose to example her soulful expressions out loud — and in song!
As HIServant so often moved by the compelling zeal of another in worship,

Devotional: Psalms 146:1 “Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD, O my soul!”
Awhile back I attended a night service at a church I’d found while traveling out of town.
I planned on getting there on time for the evening service but had shown up after the music and worship portion had already begun.
What I recall was a young lady who was singing a solo with great passion. You could tell this wasn’t a show.
Revelation 19:1 “After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying,“Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our GOD…”
Your heart could easily hear hers crying out, lifting up her voice with great purpose and meaning. Far from going through the motions on yet another Sunday night service.
Psalms 98:4 “Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth;
Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.”
Her eyes were closed and she held nothing back. She was just singing to the LORD!
The sanctuary held about 30 or so attendees who, like me, were so richly blessed by the selfless singing of GOD’s handmaiden.
As I reflect on that service now, my soul is reminded and so I remind yours as well.
You may be the only JESUS someone HEARS! So preach boldly, act selflessing and sing zealously for the KING!
Amen and amen!
