With Knelt Heart!

1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing!”

With Knelt Heart!

On a Monday mid-morning
as Slumber still lingered;
with thoughts stirring less
than his movements…

Even there Pilgrim labored.
Fatigued from the weekend
which should have brought
rest to his senses.

Without energy, standing,
while facing the battle,
so moved he with
Partial’s precision.

Waiting to be awakened
from months of exhaustion,
so stood he until something
happened.

In an instant most sudden,
his ship lost its rudder, till
awkwardly paused he —
prostrate.

But twas there on the ground
that GOD spoke to him clearly.
where each Movement and
Thought finally stopped.

“MY dear child”, GOD whispered.
“You’re blinded by burdens.
What I gave for Blessings and Favor…

…”You have turned into burdens which bury your prayers as last on your list of “To Do’s…for Today.

All these things which consume
you can surely be lightened
when wholly surrendered each Dawn…

where your heart bends in prayer along with your kneeling! With Zeal and this pairing then seek ME!

Thus reset shall your Time clock
awaken your senses to see through MY eyes…for the peace which you crave!”

As HIServant reminded to start every morning with my heart bent prostrate before HIM,

Devotional: Psalm 95:6 says, “Come, let us worship and bow down, Let us kneel before the LORD our MAKER!”

As Time has passed, in many regards, so TOO has our daily awe and reverence of GOD.

From early on, coming into HIS presence was unlike many of Today’s “prayer approach” of HIS throne.

Numbers 20:6 “So Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the door of the tabernacle of meeting, and they fell on their faces. And the glory of the LORD appeared to them.”

And our tasks for each day keep on pressing and relegate prayer time to a lower status.

We don’t tolerate long prayers, especially at lunch or dinner time, do we?

But breakfast time, or the very beginning of our days CAN be best scheduled to allow for time to LISTEN for HIS voice.

Then we can wait on HIM and experience the peace and rest which comes from kneeling, even bowing to the ground in HIS presence.

This “jump start” with the dawn of each day can carry us through every task and challenge faced.

Then with our morning’s devoted and undistracted Faith, we gain spiritual strength to make it through those hours getting to, being at and coming home from work.

The kickoff of each day isn’t necessarily turning off the alarm clock. It’s setting it for a period of time which our heart’s can truly wait before HIM.

“I have got so much to do today that I need to spend another hour on my knees praying.” — Martin Luther

When we look through to GOD through the lens of fervent prayer, setting aside time to hear from and give praise to our KING and Creator, then!

Then with a humbly knelt heart leading our bent knees, we’ll see HIS blessings and Favor every day!

Amen and amen!
