CROSS-ing The End Zone!
How close yet very distant seems the finish line of Rapture’s dreams!
Such struggles now surrounding cloud YOUR face from being seen.
Yet with this arm of Faith I shall stretch past the devil’s curtains!
Though I cannot see YOUR glory yet YOUR path for me is certain.
Thus these feet keep running forward for YOUR footprints grasp my steps.
So we know we’ll reach “the end zone” since YOUR cross — still empty — rests!
