Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three have gathered together in MY NAME, I am there in their midst!”
Bent Together!

Our knees bear the scars of compliance enforced Thus are they calloused in completely in tandem.
Where the LORD paused each journey HIServants were on to align them with HIS Way…again.
Oh, the Joy that such marks give each daughter; the surge of great Thanks that they bring to each son!
As we rise – realigned in HIS footprints with praise, so HIS peace creates Hope in each one.
Now when paired with another, bent low; when our threads join to bow before GOD as one Strand…
then we feel in our midst those scarred palms of our SAVIOUR! So let us unite…in HIS hands!
As HIServant joined together, bowing with and for your good as well in HIS NAME,

Devotional: 2 Corinthians 1:11 “…you also joining in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the favor bestowed on us through the prayers of many!”
It is the togetherness of the Body whose gathering isn’t “Social”, who do not compromise Faith nor diminish HIS sovereignty…
…who shall sense the deepest bond and close presence of our LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.
Sacrificially joining without agenda of self but with a goal of collective brokenness, such movements are blessed by HIM.
Acts 2:46 “Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart…”
The pattern GOD left us in HIS WORD and by example wasn’t for a social exchange of pleasantries.
The gathering of the saints was for zealous prayer and fervent intercession. It was to listen ATTENTIVELY to the WORD spoken and not for absorbing only by being present.
The union of the Body in such times requires much more union of Thought… than Proximity.
Meaning: Just because 20 people fit into a room to pray, doesn’t mean that all sincerely are pressing in with the same hunger and zeal.
Remember! When JESUS raised the young girl from the dead, HE put the naysayers out of the room. We must be diligent to encourage all to come with a like mindset!
This way our union isn’t a collection of just whoever could make it, but a bonding of prayer warriors seeking HIS face as one voice!
Amen and amen!
