Once a Pharisee…

Proverbs 30:12 “There are those who are clean in their own eyes but are not washed of their filth.”

Once a Pharisee…

Talking over, not under; interrupting at
will with one’s voice and their words — contradicting…

…so no credence they gain! Nay, Respect is most absent. Yet louder and bolder such souls — “Self!” proclaim!

Demeaning those caring — broad brushstroking credit, both unconsciously and with Intention’s extremes…

…so such gladly return to their past piles of vomit. Only heights of Self righteousness draw their eyes up.

Consequently, this newscast must be — by all — heeded; especially those who have “heard this before!”

As a sinner and HIServant looking up to CHRIST alone to better share HIS love transparently — IN love,

Devotional: Proverbs 16:2 “All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the spirit.”

Luke 18:9-14 “HE also told this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and treated others with contempt:

“Two men went up into the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.

The Pharisee, standing by himself, prayed thus:

‘GOD, I thank you that I am not like other men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I get.’

But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘GOD, be merciful to me, a sinner!’”

Galatians 2:16 “Yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in JESUS CHRIST,

so we also have believed in CHRIST JESUS, in order to be justified by faith in CHRIST and not by works of the law,

because by works of the law no one will be justified.”

Psalm 12:4 “Those who say, “With our tongue we will prevail, our lips are with us; who is master over us?”

Isaiah 65:5 “Who say, “Keep to yourself, do not come near me, for I am too holy for you.” These are a smoke in MY nostrils, a fire that burns all the day!”

Luke 14:11 “For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Proverbs 26:12 “Do you see a man who is wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool…than for him!”

Matthew 7:3 “And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?”

*** Once a Pharisee, always a Pharisee UNLESS GOD apprehends them on their road to Damascus. ***

Now all my own words can be easily ignored. But! CHRIST’s cannot!

So relent of Self and reflect just the LORD!

Amen and amen.
