Un-Callousing Confessions!
Is the crust of the earth any thicker than the callous caused by my confessions…
…which too often repeat with these tears I recycle? Aren’t these words which are heard — insincere?
So be wary, oh Self, of your “layered” submissions. With every petition, first strip it of Dross.
For the voice of one’s heart
gets drowned out if it’s buried. So break off each callous which muffles your cries!

Devotional: Proverbs 28:13 “Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.”
For all of us, there’s some layers of past or present Complacency which take a sincere “Sorry!” and reduce it to silence.
When these often rehashed words sound even more distant, when we recognize Dross covering every confession…
…then unraveling every such blanket which suffocates our repentant souls — is wholly required!
So don’t lift your pleas through piles of placating veneer and disengaged apology.
Rather! Surrender all at HIS Cross, without Dross and renounce any sin of half-hearted Routine!
Romans 3:23-24 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD, and all are justified freely by HIS grace through the redemption that came by CHRIST JESUS.”
If you don’t know the LORD, then today is the day of Salvation!
Confess without any agenda, fabrication or motive other than…completely surrendering to JESUS!
Come, I say: Come meet the LORD!
