Now neither Victim nor Foe!

Habakkuk 3:18 “Yet I will rejoice in the LORD; I will take joy in the GOD of my salvation!”

Now neither Victim nor Foe!

Because of the failures of flesh and in light of the gains Self absorbs, so the victims whose trust was destroyed by Indifference have solely — by GOD — been restored!

Those who weren’t “low enough”, thus “unworthy”, those not under Pride’s heel “far enough”…these would — none — grant GOD’s Rescue! So HE moved without them to hold those poor souls! Praise the LORD!

As such, am I also “that soul”; blessed in spite of my sins’ stains — now cleansed
In CHRIST hands so I am once HIS foe and Self’s victim…who presently stands as HIS friend!

No more my own enemy found; not the “worst” nor “against me” this time!
What a difference, GOD’s presence, transforming completely…has made HIS great Victory — mine!

As HIServant both speechless with thanks while shouting HIS praises,

Whitney

Devotional: 1 Thessalonians 5:16 “Rejoice always…”

Psalm 118:24 “This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it!”

What great gains then our surrender has been granted!

It’s like not being able to speak because of our failures yet such Gratitude compels us to sing because of Calvary, of JESUS!

So! We must go from “Nothing to say!” to fully expressing our highest praise of the LORD!

AND! It’s our silent regrets which suppress the songs of thanksgiving
in our hearts.

Where we become our own worst enemy by remaining verbally and spiritually shadow bound.

Where — in such positions —- others including “church people” won’t stoop down to help someone up.

Where the assessments made are
“You’re not worth helping!” as if GOD said, “You’re not worth saving!”

But GOD! Hallelujah!

Our past sins and even those which we all still commit, can’t stop our loving Heavenly FATHER!

HE doesn’t hold our former title of “HIS enemy” against us nor does HE leave us to wallow in self pity — making victims of ourselves!

RATHER! Hallelujah! It bears repeating:)

“What a difference, GOD’s presence, transforming completely… has made HIS great Victory — mine!”

Rejoice in the LORD your GOD, beloved…and again I say, “REJOICE!”

Philippians 4:4 “Rejoice in the LORD always; again I will say, Rejoice!”

Amen and amen!
