2 Kings 6:17 And Elisha prayed, and said, “LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.”
Healing Gehazi’s!

With Life’s belt slowly tightening,
some eyes which are blinded
do not, as yet, see HIM.
With its Chaos increasing,
some’s faith — then decreasing
have turned their sights elsewhere,
But our GOD returns gazes
just like with Gehazi’s. So!
Hope have we — renewed!
May YOUR vision be granted
to those so distracted till they
then behold YOU — again!
As HIServant praying hourly for Wisdom and the removal of all self blinding views,

Devotional: What our flesh sees on its own are just the toils, trials, and injustices of life.
Consider 2 Kings Chapter 6.
14 “Therefore he (enemy) sent horses and chariots and a great army there, and they came by night and surrounded the city.
15 And when the servant of the man of GOD arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”
16 So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.”
17 And Elisha prayed, and said, “LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
18 So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, “Strike this people, I pray, with blindness.” And HE struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.”
In the midst of being surrounded by the enemy, the Syrian soldiers, Gehazi as Elisha’s servant only sees with eyes of flesh.
Often times our own lack of faith limits our vision similarly. So Elisha prayed that Gehazi’s eyes would be opened and GOD did so!
So let’s join hearts and hands in praying for the touch of GOD’s sight to heal each soul who’s still struggling in darkness.
LORD, we bow before YOU seeking YOUR face and desiring YOUR Grace to be outpoured on our loved ones.
For those who cannot see YOU working evidently in their lives, we beg that YOUR healing favor would grace their heart and restore GODly vision to them.
We ask for YOUR Wisdom ourselves as well as we serve them in earnest so they’ll turn their eyes to YOU, JESUS!
Thank YOU for hearing our prayers and healing then even now, oh LORD GOD!
Amen and amen!
