The Upsides-Down Funnel!
What we see ending
is this life’s pretense
at the end of the funnel
which GOD’s own hands formed.
That rapturous instant
appears as a sliver;
microscopically measured
as if Breath were no more.
But! It’s not final nor
finished for us!
There’s no first nor a second
“Big Bang” — to end all!
So gaze through HIS funnel
whose endless expanse
shows the wide open
Heavens…where
we’ll live forever!
As HIServant reminded to that HE’s coming to take us from the narrow perspective we have to the endless view in Glory,

We always position a funnel for use in the same way. Wide open top, very narrow bottom.
But being here on earth looking up, we have such a narrow view. We can’t yet see into Glory but we have descriptions of its splendor and expanse!
So while it may surely seem that it’s all ending at the bottom of Life’s funnel here, I remind us all of another way!

So keep looking up in prayer and with great expectation…for the “top” of HIS funnel is eternally wide where we’ll soar forever free!
