from THEE.
Yea, those that would
misdirect steps YOU’ve
meant well for our training.
Please gift us with such
till divergent lines fade;
Make us know only
paths which align with
YOUR NAME!
Yea, both draw and
propel us as children to
walk in THY ways!
With patient
compassion, till we
reflect THEE…
make our needs exceed
every known wanting!
Then inwardly freed shall
we outwardly soar

There are many applications to Israel, of CHRIST and to us as well.
One discernment, most important, then is knowing the difference between paths with obstacles meant to grow our Faith…
…and paths with obstacles meant to destroy us. The “lesser roads traveled are indeed those meant to build us up in CHRIST.
So what tools from GOD help us filter which…is which?
The Armor of GOD! The gifts of HIS HOLY SPIRIT then strengthen us to bear their fruits on roads with or without obstacles.
1 John 2:6 “Whoever says he abides in HIM ought to walk in the same way in which HE walked.”
To elaborate briefly: We should fly in the directions HE sends us in HIS service!
Operating in those giftings and in just the ways that HE walked…DOES PRODUCE clarity of vision!
Then soaring above needless battles
is possible while over- coming
through HIS purposes struggles
for us.
Wasn’t David “hard knocks” life-trained for 15 years?
Didn’t the Israelites HAVE TO wander for 40 years to learn how to be a people again? How to fight, govern and care for itself?
As such, just like every child of GOD faces at their own crossroads…
…choose selflessly!
So choose wisely as the arrow in HIS hands not to bend yourself in a separate direction from HIS!
