HIS Presence Answers!
Present prayer asks for
YOUR SPIRIT’s
restocking;
refilling our vessels
before the Dawn breaks.
Present prayer insists
that our knees be bent low…
prostrate for HIS SPIRIT’s
restoring of oil.
As such, present prayer
is doubtlessly answered
each morning when sunrise
finds us…in YOUR WORD!

Devotional: Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek ME and find ME when you seek ME with all your heart!”
When our kitchen cabinets are empty, we drive to the store for more food.
1 Chronicles 16:11 “Look
to the LORD and HIS strength; seek HIS face always.”
When our vehicles are low on gas, we go to a station to fill up.
Psalm 63:1 “YOU, GOD, are my GOD, earnestly I seek YOU; I thirst for YOU, my whole being longs for YOU, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.”
When our oil is low or darkened as it nears the end of its effectiveness, we travel to get the oil level raised or exchanged.
But before all of that, before the sun rises to start our day, we’re best fed and “topped off” by getting refilled in HIS WORD — first.
So whenever that time is, however early we need to start our day, make certain to eat and drink from the Bible.
Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.”
HIS very presence IS the answer we all need. Press in to The LORD!
