Isaiah 60:1 “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you!”
LIGHT Expectancy!
As the Dew covered each new blade of grass,
those which sprung up with the Dawn…
…so she was reminded of newness in life because of CHRIST.
Every morning she’d awaken and rise from her bed — expectant of HIS refreshing.
But though this early hour had not yet been graced with sunlight, though no glow behind her curtains was observed…
…still she waited in Faith. She’d daily seen the Sun’s light and went to bed every evening doubtlessly anticipating its arrival come the Morning’s rebirth.
“Regardless”, she thought joyously…”when I wake, I shall see Light. Either to this sun…or to HIS!
