Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled!”
Better than Coffee!

Since the hunger of
our lives cannot be
satisfied by Self,
it stands to reason
that our only SOURCE
is JESUS.
Communion, though a
wafer with a thimble
full of liquid…
is the grandest feast
when bent is both
our heart and knee.
So anything other
than seeking HIS
storehoused
provisions…
will fail to fill us. As
such, we must choose
HIS WORD!
Solely feasting on
Scripture while serving
the Body, so live….
then the Self which is
yours shall go hungry
— no more!
As HIServant reminded to eat to my heart’s true delight from GOD’s WORD,
Whitney
Devotional: 24/7. That’s no possible for any flesh called “self”. We can’t consume HIS WORD and serve others without pausing.

We all rest and sleep because we need to be restored…even refilled.
But when we wake each day, when the first and second priorities are for the news, coffee, or any thing other than some devotional time with our LORD…
…then we go hungry.
Sometimes we don’t realize our own starvation till HE has someone GIVE us a word from HIM.
Sometimes we’re clueless to our empty spiritual stomachs until GOD plays a worship song when we’re working until all of a sudden…
…we bend our heart and knee in surrender once again.
Look at Ezekiel 2:9-3:1 A scroll was spread before Ezekiel, and he was told to eat it and then speak to the house of Israel.
We too must eat from HIS table full of verse.
Look at Revelation 10:8-1 1. John was told to take the opened scroll that was in the hand of CHRIST as another Angel (v. 1), devour it, and prophesy over many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings.
That’s the same sequence of proceedings for us as well. Devour HIS WORD and then preach to the Body and the Lost!
Finally look at Jeremiah 15:16 “YOUR words were found and I ate them, and YOUR WORD became to me the gladness and joy of my heart for I am called by YOUR NAME, O LORD GOD of hosts!”
So let us take this quick reminder to make JESUS our first, second and third priority every morning!
Thank YOU, LORD, that YOUR perfect provisions are always at hand and please every truth to our hearts!
Amen and amen!
