Matthew 27:66 “So they went and made the tomb secure by sealing the stone and setting a guard.”
An “Every Day Calendar CHRISTmas!”
“Merry CHRISTmas” is constant;
it’s for every season;
…each month full of days and the
hours going with them!
Yet! To the world, it’s compressed
as one span…
…of just 24 hours and then:
Nothing more!
But I tell all this truth:
HE is endlessly loving!
There’s no point where HIS
caring drops off like all others!
So I’ll shout “Merry CHRISTmas!”
each and every time…
…with Love’s prayer they’ll
surrender this life…
to gain CHRIST!

2 Timothy 2:2 “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
But how does the first verse used (Matthew 27:66) fit into this very hour?
There’s just three people from a spiritual context.
One sees the locked tomb as a Victory. “No more of this JESUS guy convicting me of what I’m doing!
HE calls it Sin but that’s just HIS definition. Good riddance!”
The second person is gambler…hedging their bets that they can still do what they like in the flesh.
This may be the largest group, the broad road that the world deceives many to take.
These folks didn’t come to the tomb in those three days prior to HIS resurrection.
They checked out the Jerusalem Post at the end of the second day and truthfully remained, unchanged.
“HE’s said to have raised the dead but proofs in our pudding! HE’s dead!
Then our third contestant (which I pray to GOD you zealously are…
…waited outside the Tomb — expectantly!
AT THIS MOMENT… that’s our highest privilege!
Watch then with the greatest expectations and as 2nd Timothy 2:2 reminds us…
Tell others The Good News, then teach and train them and always be waiting on The LORD!
