Praying for Conviction-less Captives!
Bound by themselves
and chained with
Intention…so captive
are countless —
unbroken.
Shackled and stayed,
yet they fight every
bond…unaware their
release is in hand.
With Master Key in the
form of GOD’s WORD
still its covers
discovered are closed.
Self imposed then,
convictionless
captives…find their
fight against Pride
takes its toll.
Forfeit, instead of
reviving the fight,
is the answer —
surrendering all.
To JESUS CHRIST,
let us lay down our
lives till freed by HIS
sacrifice — soaring!

Devotional: James 4:7 “Submit yourselves therefore to GOD. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
It’s a deep grief that clings to those providing the path to Freedom but still seeing the same folks choose bondage.
CHRIST is Truth and the truth does set us free.
But the comforting chains of Self deceive such souls to just stay where they’re at…and undermine those encouraging the path forward.
Proverbs 16:3 “Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.”
Thank GOD for HIS unearned grace given to me and HIS patience with this vessel.
My joy is to share so many thoughts of Hope and Truth and to keep pointing Self and all to JESUS.
The Fruits of the SPIRIT are our roadmap and guiding posts and we can rest comfortably in serving within HIS boundaries.
What’s so beautiful is that to the world, such boundaries are needless bondage.
But to HIS Children, HIS constraints protect and prefer us…as those who respond well to Godly conviction from the Holy SPIRIT.
Thank YOU, LORD GOD!
So use us each hour to soar higher as we commit all our work to THEE…
…surrender our wills fully, embrace all of YOUR convictions and rise greater in YOUR service!
