Proverbs 30:32 “If you have been foolish, exalting yourself, or if you have been devising evil, put your hand on your mouth.”
The Highest NAME!

Whenever a name is misspelled
or misspoken with no ill intent,
A choice is then made
for offense or for Grace…
which tells others of what
our heart’s made.
What of titles which someone forgets or
that no one speaks of in the moment?
Should we rage or raise voices…
or make Anger’s noises?
Or! Should we relent from
such nonsense?
Does some level we’ve “earned”
grant us license to argue
if we’re not esteemed highly
as false Pride demands we
make mountains from
molehills…each time.
Just remember, oh Self! HE
has given HIS NAME and identity
to every soul found believing.
Yes, CHRISTian! Repeat then
that glorious NAME which is
greatest of all!
As HIServant reminded and reminding to be humble before HIM, contrite in SPIRIT and seen as one who trembles at HIS WORD,

Devotional: Proverbs 25:6 “Do not exalt yourself in the presence of THE KING, and do not stand in the place of great men…”
Isaiah 2:11 “The haughty looks of man shall be brought low, and the lofty pride of men shall be humbled, and the LORD alone will be exalted in that day.
Sadly I have seen many a servant in the LORD’s work elevate their title in conversation.
For instance, “Hi, Bob…how are you doing?” “It’s Apostle Bob and I’m doing well, thank you.”
What? Is the pecking order the same in GOD’s eyes as it is in ours so often? In no way!
But church after church after…you get the idea…have a pecking order that ISN’T humbled at all.
Humility doesn’t exalt itself nor does Love. So as a SERVANT of the most HIGH GOD, why do so many demand it?
Remember then, oh Self most of all, that a CHRISTian is who all HIS children are and to boast of a title or position isn’t HIS way.
Rejoice as HIS bondservant and lift up all others!
Amos 4:13 “For behold, HE WHO forms the mountains, WHO creates the wind and reveals HIS thoughts to man, WHO turns the dawn to darkness and strides on the heights of the earth —
the LORD, the GOD of Hosts, is HIS NAME!”
Amen and amen.
