Conquering All Setbacks!
No furtherance is needed of what can’t be sustained…
Like the wants of the fleshand its whims.
Yet cling we to such asthough walking with GOD
…yet continuing with extras called Sin.
If leading to failure withlukewarm intentions,
How can one be ferventlyfound in the Light?
Be seen at the front of the fight in HIS armor;
Stand ye readied to serve while defending what’s right.
Therefore distance yourselves FROM the back of the Battle;
Press up to The Front with great faith in the LORD!
Through Loss and all setbacks, remember HE’s sovereign.
SO! Wait upon HIM WHO provides what HE’s planned!
As HIServant again thinking of recent disappointments and losses and realizing
that HE knows perfectly what I need and such will be provided exactly when HE’s planned,

Devotional: Philippians 4:5-7 “Let your gentleness be apparent to all. The LORD is near.
6 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to GOD.
7 “And the peace of GOD, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in CHRIST JESUS.”
Personal sin and self interest will lead us astray. That’s obvious.
But what we forget are the unsettling yet resetting reminders from others…who struggle far more so that we do spiritually.
For instance, in China amongst other wicked, communist nations. Communism in America is growing and unchecked, it will enslave CHRISTians as well.
They ruthlessly edit the Bible and mercilessly torture and kill CHRISTians regularly.
Without pity, with all hatred, completely unaware that our GOD is not mocked and will pay them back eternally.
Such was the video reminder today when I had a temporary setback financially.
I came home and immediately learned of another problem.
In the moment, after learning of the house, frustration began to creep in.
But GOD reminded me almost as quickly of HIS Body in these countries…saints who die for HIS NAMEsake.
Remember then, oh my soul…HIS rewards are worth every sacrifice, HIS calling for us to serve is ever present!
Matthew 6:19-21 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal,
20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.”
21 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
So, with any setback or disappointment, shove its crippling emotion off your back. Make it crash onto the floor!
Let us serve and press on in JESUS’ NAME then without delay…because HIS calling and provision is sure!
Tomorrow is another day to serve HIM till HE comes!
