let’s together sing praises…
Which honor our SAVIOUR.
more than Yesterday.
Take my hand, take my hand that way we’ll stand unwavering;
Both leaning upon HIM
WHO’s owed everything!
Or Today I’ll take your hand
if my strength is failing…
so that I rise once more
to uplift someone else.
Either way with the other,
let’s hold onto JESUS.
so should we both stumble
we’ll yet stand with HIM!

Devotional: Ecclesiastes 4:9–12 “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.”
10 For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!”
11 Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone?
12 And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him
— a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
This passage is largely know for its wedding implications.
On closer examination it would also appear that traveling in pairs is for the very protection of each.
Even so, “bearing each other’s burdens” has sadly become more of checkbook thing for so many.
But as believers in CHRIST, we need to weep in fervent prayer, be found as those crying out for each other…
…and zealously believing in HIM to strengthen us both forward!
So may we always keep our eyes upon JESUS first, foremost and forever!
Then may we ever watch AND SERVE for the good of our brothers and sisters without delay!
