Ephesians 5:14 “Therefore HE says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, and CHRIST will give you light.”
Sleeper Duty!
“Land Ho!” cried the watchman to those fast asleep.
“The shoreline draws near!” said he to others slumbering.
But such tired from trying to replicate “normal”
which had been long gone. Still they strived to pretend.
As such, great fatigue had befallen those workers!
For when Time’s intersection had come for their witness…
their hearts and their eyelids were found far too heavy!
Thus pressing the floorboards, face down, they became.
Oh Self! Are you one of those trapped by what’s fading?
Oh Friend! Do you cling to this world with each breath?
HE’s coming, I tell you, to take us to Heaven and
Promised Land’s shores!
So share while you’re awake!

I often hear of “Church Fatigue” or “Weary from Service”.
But an honest appraisal is what we should each independently make.
How much of this world fuels my interest?
Am I truly tired of getting beaten up from the battle AGAINST the world and satan…
or from trying to keep some semblance of enjoying the world’s things
…while still trying to seem separate from them?
Rhetoric question. Why keep voicing it?
Because when that instant happens and we are taken up into the skies with HIM,
Scripture tells us that many will be left behind,
asleep even…who had intentional levels of complacency
…and comfort which kept them at “inactive” enough levels.
So as you read this, you are AWAKE! As such, Go!
Go share the WORD and be zealous about your BRIDEGROOM, oh Church!

15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise,
16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the LORD is.”
Stay readied and alert then…WHILE you full your duty also!
Go waken the sleepers!
