HIS Rethreaded Restorations!
War-wearied warriors with battle-scarred servants
unite as HIS threads to give warmth to the Body.
As outlying strands of
HIS Fabric, then are they;
assigned to the “front line”
…so stationed — by CHRIST!
In contrast, deceivers
have worked their way inward
by worming their words through our lives as though Light!
BUT GOD, WHOSE will conquers,
rethreads and restores us;
HE’ll tear out those cords which
the devil had woven!
And though our LORD tarries
and though Hell’s weeds linger;
at just the right time HE
shall separate all!
So we earnestly serve being sewn by GOD’s fingers; till
HIS Drawing to Heaven
removes all Deceit!
How we praise HIM WHOSE purposeful weaving is perfect…
for soon HE will come once
HIS fabric — complete!
Thus we wait, bound together,
YOUR Warriors and Servants…
till woven amongst the World’s
framework — no more!

Devotional: Ephesians 2:10 “For we are HIS workmanship (Poems/Handiwork), created in CHRIST JESUS for good works, which GOD prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”
Also, in Biblehub’s commentary, noted theologian Barnes notes are as follows about the “weeds”…
“He who becomes disheartened, and who gives over his efforts; (who just quits and goes back to the world) he that is appalled by obstacles, and that faints on account of the embarrassments thrown in his way; he that pines for ease, and WITHDRAWS from the field of benevolence, shows that he has no true attachment to the cause….”
Barnes then continues a bit later about the CHRISTian. “He has enlisted, never to withdraw!”
So we are thus drawn, sewn, woven and bound together as HIS Body of Believers. True, the devil’s seed threads are planted in the rows around and by us.
True the wheat and the bearded darnel grow up together but GOD! They are ever separate and they cannot overtake us!
The weeds of the world shall be stripped away at the Harvest once the LORD HIMSELF completes the last woven thread into HIS Fabric!
1 John 5:4 “For everyone who has been born of GOD overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith!”
So we trust in our SAVIOUR’s outstretched, open arms to unthread those from our roots… whom HE did not sow!
As the beloved song, “Bind Us Together!” goes…
“Bind us together, LORD, bind us together, with cords that cannot be broken.
Bind us together, LORD, bind us together, LORD, bind us together in love.…”
Therefore! As YOUR poems and sovereign handiwork, as YOUR warriors and servants, we wait on THEE!
