On These Things!

Be Encouraged!

Philippians 4:8 “Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is venerable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if any excellence and if any praise–think on these things.”

On These Things!

A trembling embrace which draws others to shudder,

A smile so sincere that it replicates others;

A word in due season which transforms a brother or

sister alike!

Even think on these things!

Then your touch is as CHRIST’s lifting souls through their storms

and your facial expressions cause hearts to be warmed!

Bound with words which encourage through life all the more!

Therfore think and THEN ACT…on these things!

As HIServant joined with you desiring far less of self and all of CHRIST daily,

Devotional: Ephesians 4:1-3 “As a prisoner in the LORD, then, I urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received: 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 and with diligence to preserve the unity of the SPIRIT through the bond of peace.”

I saw another LightWorkers video on FB where a soldier coming home sees his new born baby girl for the first time. As his wife greets him, holding the sweet little girl in her arms, she cries happily.

As the young couple embrace, you watch her right arm (which is clutching her husband’s neck) tighten in a “I’ll never let you go!” embrace.

Both are filled with tears of Joy and as I saw this, GOD gave me these words to share with you.

HE’s the FATHER WHO joyously ran to us when we prodigals came home.

HE’s the FATHER WHO clings to HIS sons and daughters, us! HE tells us through HIS embrace and HIS own words, “I will never let you go! I will never leave nor forsake you!”

So this new, earthly father sees his daughter and, as we see his words and expressions and actions, he’s “all in!” Just as GOD has been for us from before Time!

So think on these things! Think on the greatness and goodness of our Heavenly FATHER! Be encouraged! Look up!!

Amen and amen!
