Eternally Present with CHRIST!
No one’s hands can fill the past with any hours from present Time.
Neither additions of quicker responses or wiser decisions nor perfect choices can be attained, let alone — applied.
Therefore! What’s past indeed bears the label of “former things”! Except! Except for one “thing”!
CHRIST’s life, death, burial and resurrection! Our precious gift was won at Calvary…yet in eternity past! So!
HIS payment for our sins is eternal, HIS provision of grace for those who love HIM…is eternal! And! HIS promise of eternal life for us…is eternally set!
Bought then we were in eternity past; Cleansed forever with CHRIST’s blood; and Redeemed as HIS blessed possession and people for Time…without end!
Amen and amen!
Devotional: 2 Peter 3:8 “But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with The LORD one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”
Our GOD is timeless, my friends…and HE loves and corrects us as HIS children for our good! So we stand on these passages and on Hebrews 13:8. “JESUS CHRIST is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
We stand then with the AUTHOR and FINISHER of our faiths…in the center of HIS palms! Awaiting the Hour when we shall rejoice before HIM…without end!
