Faithful and True!

Revelation 3:14 [ To the Church in Laodicea ] “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the FAITHFUL and TRUE witness, the ruler of GOD’s creation.”

Faithful and True!

Can comfort come through heartache or an empty pen shed ink?

Just a pair these questions are

of what we think cannot transpire.

Yet their answers still elude us… though we seek.

Through weeks and countless hours, troubled souls might languish longer

if HIS finished work — was not!

Or if our lives yet filled with loss!

Still! HE lives and loves our vessels. Sovereignly!

Within your storms relentless then, cling closer unto CHRIST!

WHOSE hands weave things together

for our good — with HIS good pleasure;

thus embrace HIM WHO — from nothing — birthed the Light!

As such, each ill and anguish HE can end with just a word!

So! Entrust HIM with your steps;

both those inflamed and those at rest…

Because Faithful is HIS NAME! And True — our LORD!

As HIServant saved by HIS great Faithfulness and awaiting the only ONE WHO is true,

Devotional: Revelation 19:11 “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And HE WHO sat on him was called FAITHFUL and TRUE, and in righteousness HE judges and makes war!”

HE is The AMEN; our GOD — FAITHFUL and TRUE! HE’s already victorious; HE’s already conquered death!

Therefore! If your present steps feel hopelessly painful, HE reminds us that the battle is won!

And Romans 8:8 gives us strength to pray till HE comes! “

“But the centurion said, “LORD, I am not worthy for YOU to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed.”

So open HIS WORD daily, wait at HIS feet expectantly, and know with certainty that HE is FAITHFUL and TRUE WHO is able to heal you in HIS time!

Whether here or as HE instantly transforms us in the sky!

Psalms 27:14 “Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD!”

So. Wait I say, oh my soul! Wait on the LORD: Faithful and True!

Amen and amen!
