Divinely Distracted!

Matthew 25:23 “His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master!”

Divinely Distracted!

LORD JESUS, our prayers

are lifted this hour,

before YOU our praise

comes entwined!

In the midst of Life’s madness,

we stand upon THEE!

Our saving REDEEMER,

The ROCK of our Rescue…

how joyous our hearts

shout with Joy:

for glorious art THOU in

the midst of these storms!

On time as precise as YOUR written WORD tells us…

so we know our Hope

— almost here!

For moments yet future, so search we YOUR Heavens!

In tandem our steps occupy

— seeking travelers…

those souls who are lost

in this world.

Thus drawn to YOU with them,

we shall join in Glory!

There raptured into YOUR resplendent pavilion,

our souls will embrace

with THEE, JESUS!

Until then, lead us on till

we hear, “Child, well done!”

As HIServant with truly expectant ears,

Devotional: Ephesians 2:10 “For we are HIS workmanship, created in CHRIST JESUS for good works, which GOD prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Telling others about the LORD is our privilege. It is best to — without restraint — share HIS Good News!

We don’t know for certain who HE is drawing so we tell all…because HE knows their hearts. Just as HE knows ours!

So with greatest focus on Heaven, still we occupy here on Earth…pointing people to JESUS through HIS WORD.

For we long to hear the same, beautiful words ringing sweetly in our eternal hearing, “Well done, good and faithful servant of MINE! Amen and amen!
